1. Agreement and service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NudeMe (“NudeMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the NudeMe website and account features (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility and account security

You may use an account only if you are at least 18, or the age of majority where higher, and can legally enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information when using an account and keep your access credentials and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may refuse registration or require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance. One person may not use the Service to evade a suspension or create replacement accounts after a termination.

3. Respect for third-party rights

You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, and other third-party rights when using the website or contacting us. Submit only material you are authorized to share. Account profile information is used for account functions and is not a creative input.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service for:

• Sexually explicit material, exploitation, or any content that harms or endangers children.
• Threats, blackmail, harassment, or violations of another person's privacy.
• Content that promotes hate, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, self-harm, or graphic cruelty.
• Content that impersonates another person, facilitates fraud, or falsely suggests a person’s participation or endorsement.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or any other third-party right.
• Malware, harmful code, spam, scraping tools, or attempts to probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service.

You must not use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the laws, regulations, sanctions, age rules, or platform policies applicable to you.

5. Reporting and safety response

If you believe that material on the website or account activity violates your rights, contact [email protected] with your name, contact details, a description of the issue, and enough information for us to locate the material. If you are acting for someone else, explain your authority to do so.

We review credible safety and rights reports and may remove or restrict access to material while investigating. We may preserve limited records, suspend accounts, block requests, and disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities when required or reasonably necessary to address serious abuse or legal obligations.

6. Ownership and permitted use

You retain any rights you hold in information you provide to us. Website text, graphics, and branding remain subject to their owners' rights. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Availability and third-party services

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, a particular level of accuracy, or that results will meet your expectations. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, delete or restrict material, or limit features if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created a safety risk, abused the Service, failed verification, or exposed us or others to legal or operational risk. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including rules about ownership, prohibited conduct, indemnity, disclaimers, and liability.

9. Geographic restrictions

We may restrict or discontinue the Service in a country, region, or jurisdiction where providing it may violate law, regulatory requirements, sanctions, or our safety and risk policies. You choose to access the Service and are responsible for confirming that doing so is lawful where you are located.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NudeMe and its providers disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We are not responsible for content created or shared by users, third-party services, unauthorized account use caused by your failure to secure access, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NudeMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, privacy, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NudeMe, its affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your submitted material, account activity, breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, or violation of another person’s rights.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, technology, or law. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page unless a later date is stated. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service.
